Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Fortified Network services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Our services include, without limitation: Discord bot hosting, game server hosting (such as Minecraft, FiveM, Counter-Strike 2, and MTA:SA), and related digital products offered through our platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for your account security.
One account per person. Alt accounts may be removed.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Run malware, spam bots, or anything that abuses server resources.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
- Resell or redistribute our services without written permission.
- Use services for any illegal purpose.
4. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Fortified Network infrastructure or services to engage in the following. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
- Denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or any activity intended to disrupt, overload, or harm networks, services, or third parties.
- Cryptocurrency mining, blockchain hashing, or similar compute-intensive workloads unrelated to your purchased service, unless we have approved them in writing.
- Network abuse including port scanning, brute-forcing, spoofing, or unauthorized traffic generation against third parties.
5. Service Responsibility (Game Servers & User Content)
Fortified Network provides hosting, infrastructure, and platform access. You are solely responsible for all content, scripts, mods, plugins, configurations, and data you upload, install, or run on your servers—including game servers (e.g. Minecraft, FiveM, CS2, MTA:SA) and Discord bot hosting environments.
We do not monitor or endorse user-uploaded materials by default and are not responsible for the legality, quality, or behavior of such content, nor for actions of your players or community members. You must comply with applicable laws, game publisher or platform rules, and Discord’s Terms of Service where relevant.
6. Service Delivery
By purchasing or subscribing, you agree that activation, provisioning, or fulfillment of services (including wallet credits, game servers, Discord bot hosting, and related products) may require up to three (3) working days from the moment we have verified your payment and received any information we reasonably require.
This maximum delivery window exists to accommodate manual payment verification, security review, and infrastructure-provider setup—without compromising security or performance. Many orders complete sooner; the cap sets clear expectations.
7. Manual Payments & Payment Proofs
Where we offer manual payment options (such as bank transfer including Al Barid Bank or cryptocurrency transfers), we may require screenshots, receipts, transaction hashes, or other proof of payment to verify your transfer before crediting your account or fulfilling an order.
By submitting payment proofs, you agree that we may retain them in secure systems for verification, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. You should redact or crop sensitive information that is not needed for verification.
False, altered, or misleading payment documentation may result in account closure and legal action where permitted by law.
8. Trial Policy
Each account is entitled to one free trial only.
Abuse of the trial system (multiple accounts, fake registrations) will result in a permanent ban from all services and trials.
9. Hosting Policy
Your hosted server must not run processes that excessively consume CPU, RAM, or bandwidth beyond your plan limits.
Game hosting (Minecraft, FiveM, CS2, MTA:SA, and other titles we offer) is provided according to the specifications of your plan and our fair-use rules. We reserve the right to suspend servers that violate resource limits, these Terms, or applicable law, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
10. Broadcast Bot Policy
The Broadcast Bot service must not be used to send spam, illegal content, or unsolicited messages that violate Discord's Terms of Service.
11. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if a purchased service was unavailable or non-functional due to our fault.
Wallet balance top-ups are non-refundable except in cases where a service could not be delivered.
All refund requests are reviewed case by case.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
You may stop using our services at any time.
13. Liability
Fortified Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
14. Changes
We may update these terms at any time.
