1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Fortified Network ("we", "us", "our") services, websites, Discord server(s), and related offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms protect both Fortified Network and you as our client.

2. Discord Server Rules

When you join our Discord server(s), you must follow these rules. We reserve the right to moderate, warn, or remove users who do not comply.

Respect. Treat all members, staff, and clients with respect. No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
No spam. Do not flood channels, send unsolicited DMs, or abuse bots or features.
Confidentiality. Do not share private project details, credentials, or client data outside designated channels or without permission.
No illegal activity. You may not use our Discord or services for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
One account. Use a single account per person; alt accounts may be removed.
Follow channel purposes. Post in the correct channels and follow staff instructions.

Violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary mute, or permanent ban. Decisions are at our discretion and are final.

3. General Use of Services

Our services include but are not limited to: web development, hosting, Discord bot development, consulting, and support. You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting services.
Use the services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party data.
Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written permission.

4. Protection of Fortified Network and Client

We aim to deliver reliable services. To ensure fairness and sustainability:

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortified Network and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of our services.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortified Network, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the services.
Client data. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data. We process it only as needed to provide and improve our services, in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Fortified Network retains all rights in its branding, code, designs, and materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables created specifically for you under a paid agreement may be assigned to you as set out in that agreement.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services or Discord server(s) if you breach these terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

7. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions or concerns, contact us via our Discord server or the contact method provided on our website.
